You have to understand that there is no credit check. I'm not saying it never existed or isn't a possiblilty, but the security and staff try to keep the place safe as possible. There are a few things that could improve such as the pool furniture, but as far as being in danger continually, I've haven't seen that. The manager Penny is really nice and she goes out of her way to run the The Suites well. Granted, there are some people wandering around or in the building that may be down on their luck, but you have to "live and let live". I've only had one maintenance request and was told to allow 48 hours for completion, but they arrived in an or so.

If you want to charge $200 a week plus fees and internet, serious repairs need to be done to each units basic structure. The owners need to raise cash and won't improve the property to justify the higher rates. Security has been reduced and become unresponsive. The new manager raised rates and cut services. Can you prove all those people live here?.
Rules and regulations won't be enforced by local government agencies. She is very fond of renting one bedroom units to large families, a violation of several local codes. Complain or challenge management and you will be forced out. You are here to pay your rent and shut up. The latest manager has made it clear she is here to make money for the owners. Previous managers tried to fill the units with stable retired people. it is ridiculous DONT MOVE IN OR YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!!! take my review to heart and PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, THEY WILL RUIN YOUR LIFE IF YOU STAY HERE!… now I have to file for bankruptcy to get that taken care of. they sued me for it and now I owe over $3500 and on top of that I am being charged 25% interest per month until its paid off. total rent due with lates was about $1200. I moved out after about 3 weeks of non payment because they would not fix the issues with the unit. I would definitely NOT recommend this property. the couch in particular, had some metal sticking out and it cut me when I sat down on it. not only did the Air conditioning not work, some of the furnishings that were in the unit were breaking down after 2 weeks of use. they were charging me close to $300 a week for a 1 bedroom studio. told them that I wasn't going to pay again until the things with my unit were fixed. finally I got so frustrated with them I quit paying. when I told them about it they said they would get some one out. went the entire summer with sub standard Air conditioning. If you are visiting, stay at motel 6 or a different weekly like Siegel Suites.
